Senior Manager, Completions & Commissioning (Site Roster)

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager to lead completions and commissioning activities on a large‑scale site. The role oversees start‑up, facility operations and on‑site coordination for projects valued up to $1 billion, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all on‑site activities related to project completion, including construction supervision, field administration, procurement and field engineering.
• Lead start‑up and facility operations, recommend policy and procedural changes, review designs and ensure projects are safe and operable.
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, make hiring, training and disciplinary decisions, and set project policy frameworks.
• Communicate complex proposals and reports to senior management and influence decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including supervisory, project management and technical roles in mining or oil & gas projects.
• University degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of field systems, processes and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and develop new solutions.
