Senior Laboratory Project Set Up Coordinator

About the role

IQVIA is hiring a Senior Laboratory Project Set Up Coordinator in Buenos Aires. The role supports the setup, configuration and validation of laboratory databases within Clinical Trial Management Systems, ensuring quality and compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities

• Configure and support laboratory databases on LIMS/CTMS platforms, aligned with study protocols and sponsor requirements
• Assist with study validation and perform low-complexity updates, growing toward ownership of more complex setup activities
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate risks, issues and timeline impacts proactively
• Take part in project planning, including timelines, regulatory checkpoints and issue identification

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the clinical, medical or healthcare industry
• Other equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted

Required skills

• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), LIMS or similar laboratory database tools
• Basic understanding of clinical research processes, including protocol review and study setup
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with sponsors and stakeholders
