Fulcrum Digital is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to connect talented professionals with opportunities across emerging technologies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for technical positions while supporting the company’s growth in new locations.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking and social media.
• Conduct phone pre‑screenings, coordinate interview processes, and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to source high‑quality technical talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on additional initiatives and contribute creative recruitment ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, focusing on technical roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in the US and LATAM talent markets.
• Successful track record staffing positions at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong ability to manage several job openings at once and adjust priorities rapidly.
• Advanced spoken and written English with excellent communication and analytical skills.
