Senior Inbound Specialist – Distribution Center

About the role

The Senior Inbound Specialist will coordinate inbound operations at the Escobar Distribution Center, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and availability of goods from local and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound activities including receiving, put‑away, reserve management and returns.
• Monitor inbound shipments, manage delays and operational impacts.
• Ensure accurate system registration, storage and availability of goods.
• Analyze inbound and reverse‑logistics performance using KPIs and productivity tracking.
• Identify and resolve process issues affecting receiving, put‑away and returns.
• Coordinate reverse‑logistics for eCommerce and non‑eCommerce, maintaining compliance and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory accuracy and process standardisation.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial, Logistics, Administration Engineering or related field.
• Experience in supply‑chain logistics, preferably with 3PL operations.
• Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
• Project‑management mindset with a results‑oriented, KPI‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP (desirable).
