About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational capability and drive growth through effective people and talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders as a strategic HRBP advisor on organizational effectiveness, team design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance, engagement, delivery, and business growth.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and strategic talent discussions.
• Coach senior leaders through leadership challenges, organizational complexity, and change.
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, and improve decision quality.
• Design AI‑enabled HRBP workflows that reduce low‑value manual work and protect capacity for high‑impact decisions.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP and organizational consulting experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high‑growth or fast‑changing organizations.
• Strong organizational consulting, coaching, change‑management, and employee‑relations judgment.
• Ability to turn complex people, business, and operational data into clear insights and recommendations.

Required skills

• Daily, responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) for analysis, synthesis, workflow design, and decision support.
