Senior Growth Product Manager

About the role

Félix is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the product layer of its growth engine. You will translate high‑impact growth hypotheses into scalable experiences across acquisition, activation, referrals, SEO, ASO and other strategic surfaces, driving conversion, retention and CAC reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the growth product roadmap, linking each initiative to clear business outcomes and measurable KPIs.
• Lead optimization of acquisition flows, activation pathways, referral programs, in‑app experiences, SEO and ASO tactics.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data and marketing teams to prototype, test and ship experiments rapidly.
• Analyze funnel friction, formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and use data to decide whether to scale, iterate or discontinue initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end execution, from hypothesis definition through product design, development, launch and post‑launch analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on growth, preferably in fintech or consumer‑facing digital products.
• Deep analytical rigor and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineers and understand implementation constraints.
• Strong product judgment and understanding of consumer behavior.
• High ownership mindset, capable of operating strategically while executing hands‑on.
