About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate at Fever, you will design and execute high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns that attract millions of users to live‑entertainment experiences worldwide. You will own the full marketing strategy for exclusive events and collaborate across multiple growth channels to turn interest into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Fever’s original and partner experiences.
• Develop scalable marketing plans and launch performance‑marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and other social platforms.
• Analyze campaign results with the growth team, identify optimisation opportunities and continuously improve ROI.
• Manage regional P&L and large‑scale budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to provide strategic direction.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Solid academic background in business or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
