Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Senior Graphic Designer at BoldSky Creative Studio, part of Syneos Health, providing studio support for creative teams on print and digital/interactive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, acting as a subject‑matter expert and overseeing junior and mid‑level designers.
• Build production‑ready files for print and digital, prepare electronic mechanical print files per vendor specs, and ensure adherence to brand style guides.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and creative services teams, manage schedule and hours with project managers, and maintain server structure and file organization.
• Control tactical workflow, serve as the go‑to person for brand assets, and champion studio process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong design fundamentals: composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and typography.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects on time and budget.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Macintosh computer proficiency.
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma (a plus).
• PowerPoint, animation, digital/video applications (a plus).
• Familiarity with email/task management tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (a plus).
