Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking an imaginative, curious, and adaptable Senior Graphic Designer to translate client visions into high‑quality, impactful imagery. This role provides critical day‑to‑day studio support for creative teams producing print and digital/interactive materials.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion, acting as a subject‑matter expert and overseeing junior and mid‑level designers.
• Build production‑ready files for print and digital, prepare electronic mechanical print files per vendor specs, and maintain brand style guides.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and creative services teams, manage schedules and hours, and ensure server organization and file‑creation efficiencies.
• Serve as the go‑to person for brand assets, control tactical workflow, and champion studio process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of graphic design experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Team player who can communicate workload issues and progress effectively.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Macintosh computer proficiency.
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma (plus).
• PowerPoint, animation, digital/video applications (plus).
• Familiarity with email/task management tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (plus).
