Senior Graphic Designer – DTC E‑commerce & Performance Marketing

About the role

Lemon Adds is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with proven DTC e‑commerce experience. The role focuses on email design, e‑commerce websites, landing pages, CRO‑focused design, and paid social advertising, working fully remote for LATAM candidates during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design promotional, product‑launch and lifecycle email campaigns (welcome, abandoned‑cart, retention) with mobile‑friendly layouts.
• Create Shopify homepages, product pages, collection pages and campaign landing pages for desktop and mobile.
• Develop CRO‑focused visual elements to improve hierarchy, trust signals and purchase flows.
• Produce static ads, carousels and creative variations for paid social acquisition and retargeting.
• Iterate creative with media buyers, email marketers and CRO team based on performance data.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels while adapting designs for each client.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience designing for DTC brands selling directly through their own e‑commerce sites.
• Portfolio showing real DTC work across email, web and paid social.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines and feedback rounds.
• Strong English communication and availability during U.S. Pacific business hours.
• Experience in a performance‑marketing agency or in‑house DTC team is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (also AI tools, Canva, etc.)
• Experience designing for Shopify and email platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Understanding of conversion‑focused design, mobile usability, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create original concepts, explain design decisions and develop testable variations.
