Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence, you will ideate and deliver best‑in‑class creative solutions that align with EY’s brand and business objectives. You will work closely with workflow coordinators, art directors, and content teams to transform concepts into effective print, digital, and interactive collaterals.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to EY brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver compelling solutions.
• Mentor junior team members on design best practices and stay current with design trends.
• Prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and communicate design briefs effectively with customers.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong visual design capability.
• User‑centric mindset with analytical and innovative approach.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
