Senior Creative Designer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead performance‑focused creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak. You will own the end‑to‑end production of paid static and video assets, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, produce and ship paid static and video creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Develop AI‑generated and AI‑assisted imagery and video, deciding when AI is the optimal production method.
• Manage multiple workstreams, localising assets for different markets, languages and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals without compromising creative ideas.
• Analyse performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate creative based on test results.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or regulated sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid static, video cuts and AI‑generated work, with clear brief and results.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native specs and instincts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to work fast, handle multiple revisions and meet regulatory constraints.
