Senior Global Trial Manager

About the role

iQVIA is seeking a Senior Global Trial Manager to lead clinical teams on large, multi-regional studies and ensure their clinical delivery meets regulatory, customer and internal requirements. The position is based at home, with travel of up to 25%.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in line with regulatory requirements, customer contracts and internal SOPs.
• Meet project recruitment targets and develop recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clinical quality by setting quality standards, planning compliance measures and managing quality issues.
• Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), and identify additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams on large global trials, manage internal and external stakeholders and support milestone reporting.
• Manage the clinical team at project level, including resourcing, talent planning and project-related training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in health care or another scientific discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in clinical research; oncology experience is required.
• Previous experience in onsite monitoring activities.
• Solid global trial management experience, responsible for global trial delivery.
• Advanced English level and good communication skills.

• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines).
