CRA II (FSP) - Home Based, Buenos Aires

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a home-based CRA II (FSP) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is presented as an ideal stepping-stone role with training and development, dedicated mentoring and structured quarterly reviews on performance, promotion and bonus awards. Projects vary, but the role covers site visits, protocol administration and progress tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and maintain appropriate documentation
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Establish regular lines of communication and administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices, escalating quality issues as appropriate
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion and data query resolution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline, or educational equivalent; alternatively an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience (mandatory)
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel 50% of the time
• Located in Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Comfortable collaborating and communicating with colleagues and customers; a good basic knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements is an advantage
