Senior Global Service Advisor

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Senior Global Service Advisor to lead scoping and estimation activities for software implementations and post‑implementation service requests worldwide. You will act as the bridge between Sales, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services, translating customer requirements into clear, commercially viable project proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyse implementation requirements from Sales, assessing products, workflows, regulatory considerations, and country‑specific constraints.
• Validate customer requirements, identify dependencies, risks, and success‑critical elements.
• Translate Sales Engineering scope definitions into accurate project proposals.
• Prepare detailed effort and cost estimates broken down by product, role, and activity.
• Document and validate assumptions, dependencies, and considerations for Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ensure SOWs clearly define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, and service conditions.
• Serve as the single point of intake for estimation requests related to changes on implemented products.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in global or multi‑country service advisory or implementation estimation.
• Proven ability to work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess regulatory and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical details into commercial proposals.
