Senior Front-End Developer (Angular)

About the role

Talan, an international consulting group focused on innovation and business transformation through technology, is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with strong Angular expertise to join its team in Buenos Aires. The role contributes to building high-quality, scalable and maintainable web applications, defines technical standards and improves application performance. It is a full-time position with a 100% remote setup.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable front-end applications with Angular 16+ and TypeScript
• Build reusable, responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Implement state management with NgRx (Store, Effects, Selectors, Signal Store)
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, design systems, component libraries and Web Components
• Develop automated tests and take part in code reviews and the definition of coding standards
• Identify technical debt and propose architectural and performance improvements
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams on requirements and document technical decisions
• Share knowledge and guide other developers
• Take part in a mandatory 24/7 on-call rotation, about once a week every 3-4 months

Required profile

• At least 5 years of front-end development experience
• B2-level English or above
• Autonomy, problem-solving skills and willingness to support colleagues

Required skills

• Advanced Angular 16+, including standalone components, Signals, RxJS and NgRx
• TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and WCAG accessibility
• REST API integration, Git workflows and automated testing (unit, integration, component)
• Nice to have: React and Redux, Scrum, Playwright or Cypress
