Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Finance

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst I is a key member of the North America Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and decision support for warehousing, logistics, toll manufacturing and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, month‑end close, variance analysis and prepare management presentations for logistics and supply chain finance stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to supply chain operations, including performance monitoring and actionable insights.
• Support forecasting for warehousing, toll manufacturing and inventory performance, including Days on Hand metrics.
• Perform standard cost analysis, maintain SAP cost data and conduct monthly cost roll reviews.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics using SAP, Power BI and other BI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least 3 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to partner across functions.

• Experience with HFM, BEx or similar reporting platforms
