Senior Email Marketing Manager

About the role

Plant A Insights Group is looking for a strategic Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and scale our email, lifecycle and B2B outreach programs. You will work closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product and Marketing to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, conversion and long‑term customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end email strategy across transactional, lifecycle and campaign programs for B2B audiences.
• Set up, optimize and maintain transactional email systems, ensuring reliability, compliance and high deliverability.
• Manage ESP infrastructure (e.g., SendGrid) and integrate with Zoho CRM and other platforms.
• Implement email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and enforce list hygiene best practices.
• Design lifecycle journeys, automated workflows and one‑off campaigns for acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Lead advanced segmentation, personalization and dynamic content initiatives.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results and continuously improve performance.
• Partner with leadership to define B2B lead‑generation strategies, oversee prospect research and nurture programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure CRM data integrity, clear attribution and funnel alignment.
• Define KPIs, produce performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• Proven senior‑level experience leading B2B email marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with executives, sales, product and marketing teams.
• Hands‑on technical leader who stays current with email and CRM best practices.
