Senior DevOps Specialist

About the role

Tangonet Solutions is looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to lead the design, implementation and operation of our cloud infrastructure. This remote position, preferably based in Argentina, will focus on building scalable, cost‑effective environments and automating our software delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain highly scalable and resilient cloud solutions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Optimize resource usage and manage cloud costs.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes.
• Support micro‑services architecture and ensure reliable, secure deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and enforce security and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation for infrastructure, processes and configurations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and operating cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Strong background in automation, CI/CD and container orchestration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet or SaltStack.
• Hands‑on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
