Senior DevOps Engineer – Observability

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer specialized in observability to join our Automation team. You will design, build, and optimise high‑volume telemetry pipelines that collect data from thousands of network devices and turn it into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable telemetry pipelines using Telegraf, Kafka and ClickHouse.
• Manage and optimise a 3‑node ClickHouse cluster, including query tuning, partitioning and materialised views.
• Develop data‑collection workflows that integrate APIs, SNMP and other network protocols.
• Create and enhance Grafana dashboards and alerting rules for real‑time visibility.
• Automate infrastructure with IaC, configuration management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with operations teams to translate monitoring requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Document architecture, runbooks and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in DevOps and observability engineering.
• Strong background in monitoring large‑scale network environments.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with occasional on‑site presence.
