Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure platform reliability, drive advanced troubleshooting, and automate core services. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, lead root‑cause analysis, and implement high‑risk architectural changes to improve stability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point and perform deep‑dive troubleshooting of infrastructure, containers, and cloud services to resolve complex or prolonged incidents.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and Helm.
• Develop and optimise the CI/CD toolchain.
• Plan and execute non‑standard, high‑risk or architectural changes such as cluster migrations and major upgrades.
• Analyse system performance, adjust resources and tweak configurations for stability and cost optimisation.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures and runbooks.
• Conduct training sessions for engineering teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm.
• Strong Bash scripting skills.
• Expertise in AWS IAM, Amazon EKS and Auto Scaling Groups.
• Knowledge of AWS ALB/NLB, Route53, RDS, S3 and EC2.
• Understanding of security concepts, including TLS certificates.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
