Senior Developer & AI Technical Support (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level developer who will also serve as the primary AI‑enabled technical support specialist for two internal brands. The role is fully remote for candidates in LATAM, working the US day shift (9 AM‑5 PM CST) and reporting to the IT Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve CRM bugs, manage fields, tags, lists, permissions and ensure accurate reporting for both brands.
• Maintain and enhance assessment tools, landing‑page forms, web pages, apps and Google server resources, delivering small feature fixes and scoped improvements.
• Diagnose and support integrations across the MarTech stack (ActiveCampaign, read.ai, AirCall, SalesMsg, InboxAlly, GoDaddy DNS, Claude Workspace, Replit, Calendly, Zoom, Vimeo, Framer, etc.).
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor) into workflows, automate tasks and assist marketing leadership with AI‑driven deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, web development or automation, with a problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Advanced English communication skills, capable of clear written updates and patient user support.

Required skills

• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React/Next.js, Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, browser DevTools, Git workflows and basic MongoDB querying.
• Hands‑on familiarity with ActiveCampaign, Calendly, AirCall, read.ai and other MarTech integrations.
• Proficiency using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor) for research, debugging and code generation.
