Senior Creative Producer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead end‑to‑end video production for a leading Canadian clean‑energy marketing agency. This remote position will involve shaping concepts, pitching ideas, managing crews, and delivering polished video assets across a range of formats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, treatments and pitches for corporate and branded video projects.
• Assemble and lead production crews, manage timelines and budgets.
• Oversee post‑production, editing and final delivery for TV, paid social and DOOH campaigns.
• Switch between producer and editor roles depending on pipeline demand.
• Leverage and expand a freelance network to build a shared creative roster.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in video production, creative direction or related fields.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical content clearly.
• Strong project‑management skills and client‑facing experience.
• Self‑starter attitude with ownership of creative outcomes.
