Senior Contracts Advisor – Saudi Arabia Relocation

About the role

The SASREF+ EC Project Department is establishing an Ethane Cracker Complex in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor who will relocate to Saudi Arabia and lead contract development and administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and execute a wide range of contractual actions to meet operational needs.
• Provide technical advice from contract conception through execution and termination.
• Review and resolve disputed change orders and ensure compliance with corporate contracting policies.
• Conduct market analysis to select optimal contract types and present alternatives.
• Implement the Saudi Aramco Procurement Manual and monitor its application.
• Prepare and review change‑order packages, negotiation strategies, and supplier performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management or MIS (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in contract development and administration for capital projects in refining or petrochemical industries.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, ISM, APICS or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of international project phases, engineering, bidding, procurement, construction, and best practices.
