Contract Specialist

About the role

The Contract Specialist ensures contract integrity by evaluating structure, risk alignment, and compliance with company standards. This role leads contract execution throughout the sales cycle, partnering cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality legal and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Sales and leadership on contract structure, risk trade‑offs, and acceptable deviations.
• Review contracts for risk management, compliance with guidelines, and service needs, including indemnity, early termination, penalty clauses, OEM licensing restrictions, and payment terms.
• Draft contract language that meets company standards and customer requirements, and prepare transactional paperwork for customers and vendors.
• Evaluate and approve non‑standard contract terms within defined risk thresholds and maintain organized legal files.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in legal contract evaluation and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree, paralegal certificate, or significant contract analysis experience preferred.
• Exceptional English language skills, including contract drafting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and collaborate with onsite and remote teams.

• Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
• Experience with contract management systems and related software.
• Database experience and legal research capabilities.
