Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist

About the role

Syneos Health is hiring a Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist in Buenos Aires, working in a hybrid setting. The role supports clinical trials by creating and overseeing diversity plans, training study teams and sponsors, and monitoring diversity enrollment progress.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors and study teams to create study-level diversity plans aligned with current legislation and regulatory guidance.
• Recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee program-level strategies to meet them during trial execution.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity enrollment goals.
• Act as the single point of contact and primary lead for study-level clinical trial diversity initiatives, tracking and measuring KPIs.
• Provide oversight and serve as the clinical trial diversity subject matter expert for study teams.
• Train internal project teams, study teams and sponsors on diversity planning processes and completed plans.
• Deliver clinical trial diversity training and presentations for sponsors and/or sites.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, including accurate projections, reports and updates, with ongoing risk assessment and mitigation.
• Support additional diversity initiatives as needed.
