Senior Clinical Research Associate (Argentina)

About the role

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) plays a key role in the planning, execution and management of clinical trials, ensuring the integrity of clinical data, compliance with regulatory requirements and the success of research projects. The role is based in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and maintain appropriate documentation
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Maintain regular communication with sites and administer protocol and study training
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices and escalate quality issues as appropriate
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline, or educational equivalent
• At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Advanced English
• Willingness to travel as required

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Strong organization, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
