Senior Case Manager

About the role

The Senior Case Manager will resolve technical and non‑technical issues related to Expereo’s services, acting as the primary liaison between customers and local providers. The role focuses on establishing new processes and continuously improving existing ones to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional network switches and routers, troubleshooting underlay services using Cisco Nexus/Catalyst and Mikrotik.
• Provide first‑line technical support, monitor network availability with SolarWinds, and follow ITIL best practices.
• Lead network projects from design through deployment, including requirement analysis, test planning, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver prompt, secure, and customer‑focused technical support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on IT/Telecommunications experience in network design, administration, and support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills and proven project management ability.

• LAN/WAN protocols: OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, QoS, PoE
• Redundancy protocols: VRRP, HSRP
• Network security standards, 2FA, VPN technologies (MPLS, IPsec, SSL)
