Services Quoting Analyst

About the role

The Analyst, Renewal Services Quoting role drives the success of the services business by delivering accurate, data‑driven maintenance and renewal quotations. The position works across global teams to produce high‑quality proposals, uncover revenue opportunities, and enhance quoting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver services quotations within defined timelines.
• Analyze customer installed‑base data, service support metrics and account inputs to create quote packages that follow commercial guidelines.
• Identify up‑sell and true‑up opportunities and present appropriate service options to customers.
• Maintain accurate proposal collateral and documentation repositories.
• Evaluate existing quoting tools and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in services quoting or a similar role, preferably in telecommunications or networking.
• Proven ability to apply data analysis to produce accurate and competitive service quotations.
• Strong attention to documentation quality and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional and customer‑facing interactions.
