Senior C# Software Engineer (Remote – Argentina/Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specialized in C# to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Develop strategies for transitioning legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on C#.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and architecting scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Strong emphasis on testing, automated testing frameworks, and unit tests.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with design patterns, microservices, and event‑driven architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
