Senior C++ Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer with strong Unreal Engine experience to help shape high‑quality interactive experiences. You will work alongside engineers, designers and artists to turn ambitious ideas into real‑time applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable features for interactive real‑time applications.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement gameplay systems and UI elements.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented C++ code following modern standards.
• Optimize performance and memory usage across PC, mobile and console platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning for new features.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ with solid understanding of modern C++ standards.
• Hands‑on experience building applications in Unreal Engine.
• Experience developing user interfaces using UMG or comparable UI frameworks; ability to ramp up quickly on UMG.
• Fluent English communication (B2 level or higher), both written and verbal.
• Nice to have: background in cross‑platform development (PC, mobile, consoles) and a strong eye for UX and visual polish.
