Senior Auditor – US Client

About the role

PwC Argentina is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Core Assurance team, focusing on a US‑based client. The role involves leading audit engagements, applying US GAAP, IFRS and PCAOB standards, and delivering high‑quality assurance services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of financial statement and internal controls audits.
• Execute standard audit procedures across the full balance sheet.
• Complete and review audit tasks using the Aura platform.
• Apply PCAOB, US GAAP and IFRS standards throughout the audit process.
• Identify client needs, provide timely and accurate responses, and communicate findings clearly.
• Consult on technical audit questions and support diverse project work.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3‑4 years of experience in external audit.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical aptitude, ability to prioritize tasks, and professional skepticism.

Required skills

• Aura audit software.
• Knowledge of PCAOB standards.
• Proficiency with US GAAP.
• Proficiency with IFRS.
