Senior Associate - Quality ISMS

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate - Quality ISMS for its Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires, within the Advisory - Other practice. The role supports client work in risk and compliance, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements and strengthen internal controls. It sits alongside global teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, with hands-on learning and an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Review information security management system controls and document findings against established frameworks
• Analyze compliance requirements and turn them into practical control activities for client environments
• Test the operating effectiveness of security and governance controls across processes, tools and supporting documentation
• Interpret risk indicators and assessment results to identify gaps, patterns and areas for improvement
• Develop client deliverables summarizing control design, testing results and recommended remediation steps
• Coordinate assigned workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies and follow-up activities
• Build client relationships by answering questions, clarifying observations and supporting decision-making discussions
• Guide junior team members on review procedures, documentation standards and issue tracking

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Hands-on experience in quality assurance or delivery governance
• Proven exposure to metrics, root cause analysis (RCA) and process/quality reviews

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile
• Controls testing, internal audit or IT audit skills (a plus)
• Certifications such as CMMI, ISO or Lean Six Sigma (a plus)
