Senior Associate – Project Management (Tax Innovation)

About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to lead tax‑innovation projects. You will coordinate multiple initiatives, ensure delivery within budget and timeline, and build strong client relationships while deepening your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate project execution, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Optimize project portfolios through selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients to align expectations.
• Interpret data to generate insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement plans.
• Uphold PwC’s professional, technical, and independence standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
