Senior Associate, Planning

About the role

The Planning Senior Associate will support the planning team on multiple media projects, managing client media plans and assisting with presentations. The role is part of Dentsu Argentina’s offshore team and works closely with agencies in other countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support all phases of the media strategy process, from brief analysis to proposal preparation.
• Create and adjust media objectives, audience reports, reach and frequency analyses, and competitive insights.
• Prepare and update timelines, traffic sheets, and media authorization forms, ensuring approvals from clients and vendors.
• Assist in campaign implementation, coordinating creative assets, QA, and proof‑of‑purchase aggregation.
• Monitor budget pacing, flight performance, and reconcile invoices with finance and media vendors.
• Provide templates and recommendations to search, social, and programmatic teams, and supervise campaign creation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
