Senior Associate, Paid Social

About the role

You will join the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, supporting Dentsu agencies worldwide on paid social campaigns. The role involves end‑to‑end campaign management, performance monitoring, reporting and billing reconciliation to deliver high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up campaigns, perform quality control and data QA checks.
• Manage daily monitoring, optimization and budget allocation, ensuring objectives are met.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Reconcile billing, issue orders and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with data teams for analysis and client presentations, and support junior colleagues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance, analytics or related field.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment handling multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads platform and familiarity with other paid‑social platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations.
