Senior Associate Identity & Access Management - Cybersecurity

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate for its Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires, working on a US client in the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice. The role focuses on securing and efficiently managing access to systems and data for employees and clients, protecting sensitive information and managing user identities. It involves building client relationships, mentoring juniors and navigating complex situations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
• Manage user identities and access controls for employees and clients
• Use Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based IAM solutions to strengthen security
• Develop and maintain authorization management systems supporting compliance requirements
• Work with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions
• Analyze complex data to inform insights and recommendations for improving security protocols
• Mentor junior team members in cybersecurity practices and methodologies
• Build client relationships and anticipate their security needs
• Deliver quality solutions and uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm policies and independence requirements

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Preferred fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

Required skills

• One or more IAM certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint or equivalent
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
• Analytical thinking and data interpretation for cybersecurity strategy
• Understanding of IT governance and risk management
