Senior Associate – Deals Financial Due Diligence

About the role
Join our Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires and help shape the future of business for a diverse client portfolio. As a Deals Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows and key deal issues.
- Support clients in M&A transactions by delivering strategic advice, purchase price adjustments and completion accounts.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with deal teams, legal advisors and clients to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Pursuing or holding a CPA, Chartered Accountant, Foreign CPA or CFA designation.
- Fluent oral and written English.
