Senior Associate - Americas Production Specialist, Virtual Learning

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Associate Production Specialist for its virtual learning program. The role produces virtual learning delivered by EY and works with other EY learning professionals to support the deployment of virtual classes, including technology setup, class flow, facilitator preparation, live classroom management, compliance and post-class activities that award learning credit according to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the learning technology for an excellent virtual classroom experience, including setup, documenting event flow (polling questions, SIM, breakouts) with facilitators and finalizing reporting for timely and accurate credit awarding.
• Give feedback to facilitators on learning content and activity effectiveness to improve course delivery.
• Instruct facilitators and learners on how to use the technology platform to reach learning objectives.
• Award credit accurately to learners and facilitators, including confirming the timed agenda, validating facilitators, attesting to attendance and completing post-class procedures.
• Review and analyze reporting to verify attendance data accuracy so credit is awarded on time and meets regulatory standards.
• Solve technology and compliance issues during live events (e.g., connectivity, content going off track) with composure and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the Sr Production Specialist and/or Production Leaders.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in Zoom preferred; facilitation experience preferred.
• Ideally: experience in a highly regulated environment and in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment, handle multiple classes in quick succession during peak seasons (May-June and September-December) and respond to questions from learners and facilitators.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Teams; working knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred.
