Senior Application Development Analyst – Oracle EBS Finance

About the role

The Senior Application Development Analyst – Oracle EBS Finance will provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle R12 finance modules in a manufacturing environment. You will support production, implement enhancements, and collaborate across Quote‑to‑Order, Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support (L1/L2) for Oracle R12 finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PA, SLA) and related custom code.
• Develop, test, and migrate custom PL/SQL objects, Forms, Reports, and workflows to production.
• Create technical and functional documentation such as BR100 and design specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, gather requirements, and support full‑life‑cycle implementations.
• Coordinate with business teams, functional architects, and third‑party system integrators.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 finance modules in a manufacturing setting.
• At least two full life‑cycle implementations with hands‑on configuration and support.
• Graduate degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science; Master’s degree desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation and training skills.

• Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, APEX, Java.
• PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Oracle APIs, Unix shell scripting.
• Oracle Report Builder, Discoverer, XML Publisher.
• Performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Understanding of OM, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing and Order Management.
