Senior Android Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join a fast‑growing technology company that serves customers worldwide. The role is fully remote (LATAM or North America) and offers the chance to shape the architecture and performance of a high‑impact mobile product.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and modern development practices.
• Design scalable, maintainable mobile architectures and contribute to technical direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high code quality and test coverage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and experience shipping Android apps at scale.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and modern architecture patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, mobile networking, and clean software engineering principles.
• Proficient in testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
