Senior Accounting & Finance Manager

About the role

Blue Altair is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance function of its US‑based technology consulting business with global operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, treasury, compliance and internal controls while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and finance function for a multi‑entity technology consulting firm.
• Own the monthly and annual financial close process and prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, treasury and cash management.
• Manage multi‑entity accounting, intercompany transactions and ensure tax, regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors and external advisors.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Drive accounting system implementations, automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial analysis, identify risks and support strategic decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and other financial planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Experienced senior accounting or finance professional with hands‑on leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑entity accounting and partner directly with executive leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
