Senior Accountant (Remote, US clients)

About the role

Floria Group is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Accountant to support its US‑based clients from Buenos Aires. The role combines traditional bookkeeping with automation and data analysis, requiring strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing procedures for several customers simultaneously.
• Maintain the General Ledger, process payroll and handle accruals and prepaids.
• Automate recurring tasks using bookkeeping software and advanced Excel.
• Extract, analyze and import data from Stripe, Square, PayPal and other cloud payment platforms.
• Assist in building cash‑flow models, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify variances, trends and exceptions in financial data and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex business challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of debits, credits, accruals and financial statements.
• Experience with foreign currency transactions and US‑based companies is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with native speakers.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Bookkeeping software (multiple platforms).

• General Ledger and payroll processing.
