Senior Accountant – Remote (US clients)

About the role

Floria Group is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Accountant to support multiple U.S. clients from Buenos Aires. The role combines traditional bookkeeping with automation and data analysis, requiring strong English communication and the ability to manage several customer accounts simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing procedures for multiple customers concurrently.
• Automate recurring tasks using bookkeeping software.
• Use advanced Excel to report, reconcile, analyze, and present financial data.
• Extract, analyze, and import data from Stripe, Square, PayPal and other cloud payment platforms.
• Assist in creating cash‑flow models, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses.
• Identify variances and trends, prepare management reports, and make recommendations.
• Develop creative solutions for accounting issues and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with native English speakers in the USA.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of debits, credits, accruals, prepaids and financial statements.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple client needs and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with foreign currency transactions and U.S. companies is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and maintain certifications on various accounting software platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
