Senior Accountant – Latin America Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Americas Client Finance team, supporting the Latin America region. You will partner with finance managers and client service leaders to manage the economics of client engagements throughout the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper budgeting, financial setup, and monitoring of revenue, expenses, billing and accounts receivable across multiple Latin American countries.
• Analyze variances, perform forecasting, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Navigate local regulatory, currency and billing complexities, and support cross‑border engagement structures.
• Identify improvement opportunities, help design and implement new financial processes and systems, and streamline existing procedures.
• Provide training, coaching and ad‑hoc analyses, and support regional/global special projects.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Experience supporting multi‑country or cross‑border operations in Latin America.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong financial systems and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms.
