Senior Accountant

About the role

Redux is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its globally distributed team. You will apply strong US GAAP expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Perform general‑ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flows and oversee budgeting.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience; property accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English.
