Senior Accountant – Fintech PSP (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Eterna Finance, a fast‑growing fintech focused on digital payments, is looking for a Senior Accountant to lead its accounting, tax and regulatory reporting functions. This high‑visibility position will own all financial reporting for a BCRA‑licensed PSPCP and work closely with legal and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full bookkeeping for the company and client payment accounts and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Oversee all tax filings, including VAT (IVA), Income Tax, Turnover Tax, Law 25.413 and SICORE regimes.
• Handle ARCA (ex‑AFIP) filings, RG 3900 special information regime, and all BCRA reporting required for PSPCPs.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage tax withholdings on payment accounts.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance advisors to supply financial data for AML/CFT (UIF) reporting.

Required profile

• Active CPCECABA license and residence in Argentina.
• Proven experience in regulated financial entities such as PSPs, digital wallets, banks or fintechs.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine tax law for payment entities and BCRA framework.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software (Tango or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with ARCA and BCRA portals and fiscal e‑filing platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced English for collaboration with an international team.
• Highly autonomous and proactive.
