Senior Account Manager – Remote (AI‑Generated UGC Agency)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Senior Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients of a fast‑growing agency that specializes in AI‑generated user‑generated content and social‑media growth services. The role is fully remote and focuses on strategic client relationship management, project oversight, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead account contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
• Conduct onboarding calls, set expectations, timelines, and deliverable processes.
• Manage client escalations, difficult conversations, and maintain trust.
• Identify account health risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Coordinate strategy calls, performance reviews, and regular client meetings.
• Oversee content production schedules and coordinate with creative, AI, and posting teams.
• Review deliverables for quality, brand alignment, and compliance before release.
• Track campaign execution, internal tasks, and KPI performance.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational systems to support agency scalability.
• Provide platform guidance, strategic recommendations, and stay updated on social‑commerce trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or agency operations.
• Background in marketing, ecommerce, social media, or creative services.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and client communication abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Self‑starter capable of operating independently in a remote environment.
