Senior Account Manager / Account Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior B2B sales professional to manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise accounts in a fast‑growing, tech‑forward startup. The role blends account management, consultative selling, and direct client interaction, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and proposing tailored SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Identify and generate upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead calls, demos, presentations, and consultative sales processes with clients.
• Build long‑term relationships with multiple stakeholders and departments within each account.
• Collaborate with sales operations, retention, and customer growth initiatives.
• Assess customer needs and propose scalable SaaS solutions.
• Utilise modern tools and AI‑driven workflows to improve business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success, or consultative selling.
• Track record of managing and expanding mid‑market and/or enterprise accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, startup environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
