Semi Senior Project Manager – Marketing Projects

About the role

As a Semi Senior Project Manager you will lead marketing projects from concept through delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external agencies. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting Monks’ data‑driven, AI‑enabled marketing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from briefing and creative development to final delivery.
• Define and continuously improve internal processes and coordinate with multiple agencies.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and communication plans for assigned marketing programmes.
• Collaborate with account management and finance to scope projects and manage budgets.
• Allocate resources, monitor daily workloads, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Oversee quality control, review creative assets, and manage client feedback loops.
• Track changes, assess impact on cost and schedule, and report project health.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, go‑get‑er attitude.
• Experience with both ATL and BTL campaign execution and basic performance metrics.
